CECIMO is the European association for machine tool industry. We organized different excursions: naturalistic ones in Jeep with lunch at the beach, other one was cultural with Cagliari sightseeing and lunch in the restaurant.
We picked as a team building activity the Grand Prix simulation with remote controlled cars with a circuit build for the team building activity. The teams were subdivided in mechanics, team managers and pilots have to deal with testing, qualifications and competitions. We also took care of the logistics, entertainment for the gala dinner with Sardinian Masks, Music Players and Folk Groups.
